Today, we received a 1-star review on Google from Puja Sandbor, owner of Dog Point Club.
According to her review, the reason for the low rating is that she arrived for a cremation with three dogs in tow and was dissatisfied with the experience. However, we have clearly communicated guidelines that prohibit bringing pets—regardless of age—as well as children under 12 into the cremation area, out of respect for the space and for the safety of all involved.
Despite this, she insisted on entering the area at 1:00 PM, during peak heat, knowing that our park is home to 90–100 animals, including cows, sheep, ducks, geese, rabbits, chickens, dogs, and cats. In such conditions, and given the nature of our space, we ask all guests to prioritize safety and follow our policies.
We work hard to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for both pet families and resident animals.
