We spend so much of time with our four legged friends, but do we really pay attention to the things they have to teach us ? 😯

Have you ever wondered about how your pet may, in fact, be the perfect example of mindful living? 🐕🐾🐈
They can teach us new things every single day without us even realizing it. 😇

Too often, we allow the present to slip away from us only because we live in guilt of the past and fear of the future.🤯

With so many stray animals in need of shelter and medical assistance, the
Pure Souls Rescuers Team

has been tirrlessly working on Sterilization and Rescue operations in Camp and around Pune since the past few years. 🐾🐶🐾
Homeless, lost, and abused animals are looking at short and rough lives, if we dont put in our efforts to
transform their lives.😟

Apart from the physical, mental (and a lot of emotional) hard work that goes into these rescue operations, there are monetary costs to be taken care of. .
These include medical bills, ambulance, dog catchers, Independent fosters, post-operative care, vaccines, and small miscellaneous expenses. 💉🏥
Monetary donations will provide a boost to our existing programs and activities.
Which is why today we are requesting for help and support to reduce the burden on our team. 😇
👉In the upcoming week, we are aiming to
STERILIZE 15 DOGS
in Camp Area with the help of Canine Control Care .
👉This will ensure that, the overpopulation of dogs declines, which in turn reduces the number of dogs dying due to multiple reasons. .
👉Cost of per dog - Rs 350/- .
👉Apart from this current program, we have a
number of sick dogs that are under our care. .
👉Veterinary hospitals and shelters like SPCA, Blue Cross, Zariya For Strays and a number of Fosters in Pune take care of these ailing animals. .

A Tail To Tell 🐶

A gentle, loving and loyal boy who was given a second chance at life, only because of the compassion and perseverance shown by his rescuers.❤️
Stricken with infection and maggots, Raka was found as a tiny little puppy with his tail chopped off. 😟
A defenceless puppy, he was then left on the streets of Pune to bleed to death. 😖 .

This brutality against a small being is just another painful manifestation of the loss of values in humanity. 💔
Following this harrowing ordeal, Raka the brave boy that he is, was saved by and spent some days under veterinary care and medication. 🏥💉 .

Thats when his hooman came to adopt him ! "You can't help but smile when you are around him.
He loves his walks and exploring the city with me!🐾🐕🐾
Honestly speaking, it’s one of the best things that’s happened to me.” 💜🧡💜
Just imagine the impact we could make – and how many dogs’ lives we could save – if everyone did just one small thing to help them. 😃

"I sat waiting in the hot
summer sun. .

Trembling with fear, too frightened to run.

I could barely stand no more, my shaking legs had grown weak . .

They took me for a walk, but left me on the road and drove away. .

Deep down I always knew,
Their love for me was no more. .

But I just lay my head and closed my eyes, patiently waiting for my masters to come and take me back. .

While my heart was breaking for the person who broke my soul, my pleading eyes see a hand caressing my head, someone had come for me. .

Everything stands still as we look into each other souls and I hear a whisper that says
"We will not give up on you.
Don't give up on yourself."
Now you see everything in my Eyes -
Hope, Love and Joy. .

My pain and suffering have come to an end,
So cry for me no more
For I am Home." .

Don't Abandon Your Pets,
It Crushes Their Soul.
