Speech on crucial issues pertaining to RWA and Community Animals were given by Tmt. Shruti Vinodh Raj Avl, Member, State Animal Welfare Board. Advocates Tmt. Priya Murugan Avl and Tr. Paranthaman Avl for taking the session on Animal Laws.
