Yesterday, our Milo and Misty had a run in the fields.

While the rest of our dogs are preparing for the upcoming International Dog Show next weekend and for the biggest show of the year โ€” the World Dog show

Hooray! We finally met โค๏ธ
Of course, not everyone who planned to come could make it, but we were still so happy to see everyone who joined us ๐Ÿ˜ Small part of litter โ€œIโ€, Litter โ€œLโ€ , Solo - sire of our previous litter, and Bassie best friend of Rudo from Tim Spirit โ˜บ๏ธ

It was wonderful to chat with the owners, exchange experiences, ask each other questions, and get answers ๐Ÿ˜Œ
And of course โ€” try nosework! Some of our dogs already know how to work with their noses, while for others today was their very first introduction.

We let the dogs run off leash not all together at once, but in smaller groups to avoid any conflicts โ€” and it worked perfectly. All of our Basenjis got along with each other without any problems.

When some of our dogs had already achieved everything possible in the show ring in Israel, but their owners still wanted to keep them engaged and challenged, we turned to nosework.

We started training with Alena at Dog Club, and the dogs absolutely love it!

Lately, weโ€™ve been receiving more and more inquiries about the availability of Basenji puppies ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Basenji females typically come into heat once a year, usually around the same time โ€” closer to autumn.
We are planning two breedings in our kennel, and all litters are expected towards the end of 2026 โ€“ early 2027.

Both litters will introduce new bloodlines to Israel, which is very important to us as we aim to develop and improve the breed here.
