The "Animals and We" association
is launching a project full of hope, healing and love
🟩A Second Chance to Breathe🟩
A treatment and rehabilitation center for combat veterans suffering from PTSD, using the association's rescue dogs.
A unique animal-assisted therapy center, connecting survivors of trauma and PTSD with the association's rescue dogs. Sometimes, it is precisely those who have been rescued themselves who know best how to save others. Our dogs, who have experienced neglect, abandonment or abuse, offer something that is irreplaceable: unconditional love, a sense of security, a quiet presence and a real connection.
For people dealing with PTSD, this connection can be a ray of light on the path to recovery. In this project, everyone gets a second chance:
Trauma and PTSD survivors get a safe space to breathe, gain strength, and heal.
Rescue dogs get meaning, purpose, love, and a better future. To make this dream a reality, we need you.
