We are a network of fosterers and volunteers. We will try to help when we can but please understand resources are limited

Lucky's Cat Rescue is a not for profit group devoted to the welfare of cats both domestic and feral in living the life they so deserve. There is no difference for us. We Believe "Every Moggie Matters" and this has become our motto.

Blaze and Cypher did have a home offer that fell through. These poor boys are literally in foster since the summer. We have tried desperately to keep them together, they get on well and Cypher takes some confidence from Blaze. They wouldn't be suitable with very young children, but both are great with other cats. Cypher likes dogs, Blaze is not a fan! We are looking at homing them separately, once there is feline company in their new home. It will help them both settle. Both boys are fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and treated for parasites. Blaze is approx 6 months, Cypher is approx 7 months. They deserve their furever home 🥰

**Outdoor Home Needed**
This pretty lady was trapped recently in an area not suitable to return her to. She is feral, and would love a safe outdoor home. She will need to be fully confined in a shed/garage/stable for 4-6 weeks to get to know her new area. She will provide pest control in return for bb&d 😊 She is neutered, eartipped and treated for parasites.

Are you having a new year clearout?! Making space for all of those Christmas presents by decluttering?! We would be delighted with any new or excellent condition gift sets, clothes, shoes, handbags. We don't have proper storage, so can't take large items, but if you have anything you would like to donate, please PM the page. Drop off locations are Celbridge, Drimnagh and Newcastle, or a volunteer may be able to collect from you

Vector is protesting his fosterer going back to work.... even if it is from home!!
Vector needs a very special home with experienced cat owners. He loves company, so someone home most of the time or has a friendly, needy cat themselves 😊 He is great with adults, kids, cats, if you'll give him attention, he doesn't care how many paws you have! Here's the rub.... Vector suffers with quite severe IBD and is on medication for life. He has been stable for months now thankfully but he needs very careful monitoring. He can't have access to food other than his own because it will trigger an episode. He needs to be fully indoors for this reason. Vector has been in foster over a year while we got his health under control. He has been an amazing boy in foster and will always make you smile 🥰 We will cover his IBD medication for his lifetime, but we'd love him to be settled in his own home now... Could that be with you?!!

We achieved so much this year and helped so many cats and kittens.... We couldn't have done any of it without your support, so thank you to everyone who fostered, adopted, donated, supported our auction and car boot sales, shared our posts or told people about our cats and kittens. We have all helped so many sick, injured and stray/feral to a better life 🥰
It has obviously also been a tough year too and we don't generally post the ones we lose, the losses are very hard on us. We try to focus on the positive, but always remember the ones we found too late 🌈 We still helped end their suffering, though we carry those heartache with us

Smartie and Twiggy are lucky we could squeeze them in. They came from two different places, both suffering with cat flu. Poor Twiggy has a damaged eye because of it. Smartie is very shy but loves a snuggle when she overcomes her fear of being approached. She is such a sweet girl, loves to play and will roll over and purr like a train for rubs 😻 Smartie is quite independent and we think a home as an only cat, or with a friendly cat would suit her. You will need to give her time to settle though, and be prepared to put a little work in. She will reward you tenfold though once she settles 🥰

The three amigos are never far from each other! Lacey (white) and Cypher (b&w) both came in as single kittens, Blaze (ginger) came in with his sister, since homed.
They are happy kittens, approx 6 months, Lacey is about 6 weeks behind the boys, but going for her spay next week 😊 They will absolutely need feline company in their new homes. We had tried desperately to keep Blaze and Cypher together but didn't receive any offers to keep them together. They can go individually, once there is a friendly cat in the house, or two of them would definitely love to go together. Blaze and Lacey are people friendly, Cypher is much more reserved but is starting to enjoy a few rubs with dinner!

Also wishing for her furever home for Christmas. Marci is a cheeky lady who can let herself out of doors 🙈 She will need safe outdoor access, but she also enjoys a warm lap and a play when she's home 😊 Marci is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and treated for parasites
