Out of the 9 stray kittens that came through my door in the last 2 weeks, 3 luckily already found loving owners.
So here are the six babbas still looking for a home.
All 9 will be neutered on August 6th, these 6 will be ready for adoption then. Fully litter trained, wormed and health checked.
We are not 100 percent sure which ones are boys/girls, but once neutered, that doesn't make much of a difference, as they will all make lovely pets. We will definitely know August 6th 😆
Special thanks to lovely Helen Kiff and her beautiful daughter Lauren who help me taming and looking after them ❤️ Without their help, I might have collapsed.

Meet sweet Rosie 🌹

Little Rosie was found by lovely Lisa and her young daughter Roísín who unfortunately couldn't keep her as they live near a very busy road.
Rosie is a very tame and playful kitten, big enough to be spayed on Wednesday and ready for adoption then.

She is already using the litter box meticulously and purring non stop. Whoever adopts this wonderful little creature, will have a snuggly friend for life.

Roísín was crying when she parted with her and I promised to find her the best home. We named Rosie after her guardian angel Roísín. Thank you Lisa and your family for caring and keeping her safe. ❤️

Meet Biscuit ❤️ super friendly, cuddly and cute.
He loves kids, other dogs, even cats, 1 year old, half Shih-Tsu, half Cairn (we think).
Treated for worms, vaccinated, looking for a loving furrever home. Very good on the lead, a pure snuggle bug.

Biscuit will be neutered next week and is ready for adoption then.

Sadly some vets still instil the myth that a female dog has to have a litter to prevent psychological issues or even cancer....
In a country where pounds are full to the brim and thousands of healthy dogs put to sleep every year.

A litter does not benefit the health of a female dog. In fact, pregnancy and childbirth for a dog can come with many complications, such as sexually transmitted diseases, uterine inertia, excessive bleeding, emergency C-section, and mastitis, just to name a few.

Spaying your female dog BEFORE her 1st heat is the best way to avoid mammary carcinoma, pyometra and other nasties down the line.

Be responsible, have your dogs neutered/spayed.

FOR ADOPTION 🐈😻🐈‍⬛️

Meet the two adorable rogues Bonnie and Clyde.
They were rescued from a farm and their mother got spayed in the meantime.
Bonnie has a funny right eye that will get properly investigated next week. We think it is a harmless birth defect, it does not cause her any trouble, but we will get an all clear from the eye specialist before rehoming.
The siblings are 8 weeks old, are fully housetrained, treated for parasites and will be neutered next week. If possible we would love to rehome them together ❤️

Visually impaired Roy who came to us from Kerry County Council Dog Pound last year, got his signature lion cut today. Being an older dog with a very thick coat, this will definitely make a huge difference in enjoying his favourite summer activities like swimming and running through fields.

We want to thank wonderful Carmel and her family for adopting an older, disabled dog and giving him so much love ❤️

Due to the horrendous parking situation on Main Street Bruff, we advise our customers to please park on Crawford Street aka Hospital Road. Please make sure not to park on yellow double lane anywhere near pedestrian crossing.

Meet Sonny 🌞

This gorgeous young tomcat was neutered today and is now looking for a cosy home away from busy roads.
He loves to be patted and would thrive as an indoor/outdoor pet.
His markings are absolutely stunning and very unusual. A big round glowing circle on his side, definitely a special ✨️ kitty.
Sonny uses the litter box and has been wormed and treated for parasites. Vet issued a clean bill of health.

After spending the night with me, this 11 year old pet was reunited with his overjoyed owner this morning.

Onwards and upwards 🙌

This older shivering dog was left outside chipper on Main Street Bruff for the last 2 hours. With luggage, no tags.
I gave him blankets and water. Anyone knows whose he is???
