To my lovely customers,

When I give you an appointment, unless I inform you I’m available earlier it is not necessary to be early because I’ll probably be still grooming or cleaning or maybe having a quick break and bite (yes yes sometimes I have the time). While I work within the veterinary clinic, I do work independently and therefore staring at the person seating at the reception of the clinic or demanding that they come get me is not ok, I will always come out and meet you 😇 I will put a bell or something in place for you to get my attention but please respect the lovely staff at the clinic 🩷
