Ad lib forage is important in the cold weather to keep their central heating ticking over. If you're wondering how much hay they need overnight, my answer is enough that that they have a little left over in the morning 🌄

A mix of small and larger holed nets and some on the floor if you can gives them a choice, which is important to avoid frustration and stress.
