New Prices & Policies 🐶🎓

It was brought to my attention today by a client that i had not informed them about the price increase that happened in January of this year. I know i told most of you when you had your first appointmants after christmas, but if i forgot to tell anyone else, its completely my fault & i sincerely apologise for the inconvenience of not informing you in advance of your appointment🤦🏻♀️.

Todays client also reminded me about a policy that i had to introduce earlier in the year that i would like you all to be aware of :
There is an additional charge of €10 per hour for every hour & €5 for every half hour that your furry friend is left in the salon past its collection time.
Unfortunately, this was introduced because there were some clients who took advantage & used the grooming salon as a doggie daycare centre by thinking it was ok to leave their furry friends in the salon for hours past their collection time.
As there are a limited amount of cages in the salon, appointments are made & collection times are given, in such a way to avoid the overlap of too many furry babies in at the one time.
Not only do i not have the space to keep your pet past its collection time, but also, having too many furry babies in at the one time creates a very stressful environment for your pets, aswell as a very stressful environment for me while trying to work, with the pets vocalising how unhappy they are being left in a cage for such a long period of time. ☹
So if for some reason you are unable to collect your furry friend at its collection time, please either re-schedule the appointment or arrange for someone to collect your pet for you. 😊
To avoid a Cancellation Fee, a minimum of 24 Hour Notice must be given.
