Thoroughbred Managment Solutions, providing Project & Event Management, Human Resources Management and Marketing Solutions to the thoroughbred racing and breeding industry. As the business evolved the personal assistant duties developed into management solutions. PA Solutions now offer equine specific management solutions to a broad range of farms, trainers and associations across the equine industry with particular emphasis on the thoroughbred sector.

Army Equitation School – Groom (General Service)

Are you looking for a unique and rewarding career?

The Defence Forces are now accepting applications for General Service Grooms in the prestigious Army Equitation School.
This your opportunity to challenge yourself, develop new skills and work with elite horses that compete at the highest levels, both nationally and internationally. No previous military or equine experience is required you’ll receive full military and specialist equestrian training.

Candidates must complete basic military training of approx. 24 weeks (same as our General Service Recruit training) prior to commencing the Groom training.

Pay and Conditions (On successful completion of basic training)
•⁠ ⁠Starting salary: €42,000 per year
•⁠ ⁠Tech Pay allowance: Up to €1,800 annually
