Unfortunately due to increased operating costs it has become necessary to increase the price of all grooming by €5 per dog.

Due to the recent passing of my dear dad I had to take time off work which means that I am now dealing with a backlog of appointments. If I have recently cancelled your dog’s appointment or your dog is due to be groomed please note that I will be in touch as soon as I can. Hello everyone,

We hope that you are all keeping well. Just to let you know we are back out on the road. All cancelled appointments have been rescheduled and I will be in contact shortly with your new date. The cancelled appointment backlog will be cleared within the next two weeks. If you want to text me for your new date I will get back to you ASAP.

I am taking new appointments however please note that there is a 5-6 week waiting list at present. You can message, call or text for availability.

If you have an appointment we would ask that you have your dog on a lead and bring him/her outside therefore minimising social contact. If you are suffering from any symptoms of COVID-19 we would ask that you contact us so that we can rearrange the appointment to a later date.

We appreciate your patience during this time and look forward to seeing you all again soon 🐶🐾

❗️COVID-19 UPDATE❗️
After the announcement last night, under the latest government restrictions, I’m afraid we will have to take the van off the road for the next two weeks. I will be in touch to reschedule all appointments once the restrictions have been lifted and will get to you as soon as I can. Unfortunately this means I will be unable to take on any new appointments until I can reschedule appointments that are already in the diary. It’s a frustrating but scary time for us all and I’m sorry that there is no other option for the moment. Your patience and understanding is appreciated in these unprecedented times. The main priority is to keep everyone safe and well. I hope to be in touch soon. Keep safe for now. Danielle x

We understand the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities. This situation continues to evolve quickly, and we will be monitoring it closely. Based on current guidance and our own standards and practices, we will remain open for business. To date, there is no evidence that companion animals or pets can spread COVID-19.

We’re taking additional steps to keep pets and people safe whilst continuing to provide our service. We follow regular cleaning practices and we’ll continue to disinfect the grooming table and grooming tools between every pet service.

If you have an appointment coming up we would ask that you have your dog on a lead and bring him/her to the door for us to collect and bring outside therefore minimising social contact. If you would prefer to postpone an appointment made please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make alternative arrangements. Also, if you are suffering from any symptoms of COVID-19 we would ask that you contact us so that we can rearrange the appointment to a later date.

We want to ensure that we are able to provide the services you need, and to keep our customers and the pets we love healthy and safe.
