This is actually a combination of 2 visits as I'm behind on my posts and I have gotten to stay with this wonderful family twice. And what a wonderful two visits I've had! 🥰 Sadie has degenerative myelopathy (DM) which is a spinal cord disease that causes weakness and paralysis of the hind legs. But she doesn't let that slow her down! She loves to be out in her wheelchair or just sunbathing (and digging holes) in the garden. All of these furry family members love attention so there was no shortage of snuggles. I feel honored to be trusted with their care especially since Sadie is special needs. With my years of veterinary experience, especially in physical rehabilitation, I am very familiar with DM so was happy to take her on as a client. And all the other cuties are an added bonus 🥰 Their Mom takes such good care of them...having a dog with DM is no easy feat and she has done a wonderful job.
