Well it's over and out for the Meenacross Agricultural Show Monday 4th August 2025 for this year.
Before we sign off we just want to thank a few people.
💕💕We want to say a massive thank you to our wonderful Sponsors. It is a tough time for business owners and we know you are constantly being asked for sponsorship but you never fail to support the show. Without your generosity we would not be able to keep the show on the road.
💕💕Thank you to the exhibitors in every section for entering and travelling from all over the country to attend our show. You are such important part of the show each year and we know it is not easy to get all your exhibits ready for show day. We particularly want to thank you this year for coming out in the rain and storm and ensuring the show was a huge success.
💕💕Thank You to The Civil Defence and Gardai for being on duty on the day making sure everyone was safe.
💕💕Thank you to our fantastic Judges for travelling from all over the country to attend the show. Not an easy job but you made a lot of people very happy.
💕💕Thank you to all the traders for being at the show. You always add that extra touch.
💕💕Thank you to all the spectators and families that come to our show every year. Without you cheering on our exhibitors our show wouldn't be the same. It is very much appreciated.

To all those who help out behind the scenes — whether you are parking cars, working in the kitchen, helping out inside or out, looking after the gates or helping in any way. You are greatly appreciated. Your support does not go unnoticed.
💕💕A final thanks for our wonderful committee. The Show day just doesn't happen. There is months of hard work that goes into show day every year. We were so delighted to run such a successful show despite the weather forecast . It is so important that the show runs every year and the committee are fully committed in making sure that happens. We will take a well earned break now and start planning again in late Autumn.
