A little update from today. I've ripped up all the floors in the shop and tomorrow starts the task of drying the studio out. The amount of well wishes, calls and texts I have received is just amazing. People are so good, I really do have the most amazing clients!! It could have been so much worse, im very lucky in the grand scale of things. Can't wait to reopen and see you x

A quick update..
I was finally able to access inside the shop last night. Im going to be closed for a few days until I can get it back into some form of working order. The water came right in to the back of the shop. Floor is completely destroyed but I think I've been lucky as it doesn't appear any equipment has been damaged.
Im so so lucky to have the most amazing customers. The amount of clients that have reached out to me to extend an offer of help has been truly moving. People really can be so kind. Could anyone recommend a vinyl floor company that supply and fit?

This was the situation outside my studio this morning. Im praying there is no damage inside the shop. Hoping to get over to check on everything later today. Will keep you posted.

Over the last few weeks I have noticed an increased number of No Show Appointments & very late cancellations. As a small business I can't sustain that long term. All No Show's/Late cancellations will be subject to a 50% additional fee to rebook.
