STRAY - This gorgeous boy was found straying in the Kilmeague area. Massive thanks to the lovely lady who took him in, he is now in our care. Intact male dog, he is definitely and older boy and is so friendly and affectionate. He seems ok so far with our other dogs.

PENNY - Some fantastic news, this little lady was trapped after she had been seen wandering in the Athy area for some time.
We are glad to let everyone know she is on the mend and has just gone to a fantastic home - we couldn't be happier for her.

Massive thank you to Murtagh Meats who are now also in Kilmeague, for keeping us well stocked with a variety of bones for the dogs in our care, both large breeds and our extra small breeds too. They love having them as a treat and they are entertained for hours. And of course, they are monitored while having a chew 😊

JACKSON - This absolute gentleman is now ready for his forever home. No one has come forward for him. To say is the the most gentle and sweet guy is an understatement. He is a mature dog and would love to share a spot on your couch as well as a nice little stroll.

He gets on well with other dogs, both big and small. He is not cat tested.

LEXI Update - so our girl Lexi has been recently neutered for her trip to Sweden with Hundar Utan Hem. Massive thank you to the K.W.W.S.P.C.A. for offering to take her while she recovers from her surgery. We are so relieved to know this lady is hopefully going to be setting off soon to her forever home.

She is the sweetest girl and deserves nothing but love and cuddles for the rest of her life and we are so excited for her!!! 🥰 Although we are missing her happy little face in the kennels at the moment ☺️We are hoping to visit her soon so we will update everyone again as soon as possible.

Thank you to everyone who has been sharing her posts, she really is an amazing little dog!! 🩷🩷🩷
