致各位專貴的主人，
在此通知本診所將於2025 年4月3 0日永久結束營業。九龍貓醫院始創於2011 年，藉此機會多謝各位主人多年來對我們的信任與支持。
關於病歷的安排，如貴客已有心儀的獸醫診所日後跟進貓兒們身體的狀況，可於辦公時間致電 2309 2011 給我們，或電郵至 [email protected] 通知本診所作出安排。電郵或傳真病歷至其他診所一律不作收費。
如貴客需要取得紙本病歷，則須時安排並有行政收費。最後申請紙本病歷日期為 2025 年4月20 日。主人須於 2025 年 4月2 5日或之前親臨本診所提取該紙本病歷。
有關長期病患的藥物及處方糧，請聯絡本診所以便醫生處方適量的藥物及糧食直至安排到其他診所跟進。
除緊急情況外，本診所將不會接受任何新症。

Dear valued clients,
We are writing to inform you that the clinic will permanently cease operations on 30th April 2025. Kowloon Cat Hospital has been in operations since 2011, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for entrusting your beloved pets in our care over the years.
Please contact us on 2309 2011, or via email at [email protected] to let us know where you would like your pet’s medical records to be sent - we are happy to fax/ email your records to a clinic of your choosing free of charge. Physical copies of medical summaries can be arranged and collected by you at the clinic for a fee, on or before 25th April 2025. The latest date for requesting physical copies of medical summaries is the 20th April 2025.
For patients requiring long term medications/ prescription diets, please contact us to collect an appropriate amount of medications/ food until you are able to locate another family vet to take over the care of your pet.
We will no longer accept NEW cases/ patients, except for emergency situations.
