呢位勇敢嘅女仔喺一次可怕嘅升降機意外中整親咗條尾而嚟到我哋診所。

儘管面對多重挑戰——包括尾巴骨折需要緊急斷尾手術同埋多次注射——Brownie喺整個就診過程中都保持冷靜同堅強。

This courageous girl came to us after a frightening elevator accident that injured her tail. Despite facing multiple challenges— including a tail fracture that required emergency amputation and numerous injections — Brownie remained calm and strong throughout her entire visit.

最好嘅係咩? 佢當晚已經開開心心搖住尾巴返屋企喇! 🐾 而家佢復原得好好, 繼續用佢嘅勇氣啟發我哋。

The best part? She went home the same evening, happily wagging her tail! 🐾 Today, she's recovering wonderfully and continues to inspire us with her bravery.

“肥肥” — 12月最勇敢嘅小戰士 Our Bravest Fighter in December in our Mong Kok branch

呢隻勇敢嘅兩個月大小貓面對咗一個最艱難嘅挑戰——空腸對空腸套疊, 係一種威脅生命嘅病症, 即係腸道摺疊進自己入面。肥肥接受咗重大嘅腹部手術, 切除咗接近20厘米長嘅小腸。

This brave 2-month-old kitten faced one of the toughest challenges imaginable—jejunojejunal intussusception, a life-threatening condition where the intestine telescopes into itself. Fei Fei underwent major abdominal surgery, with nearly 20cm of small intestine removed.

但係最令人驚嘆嘅係: 儘管佢咁細個同埋手術咁嚴重, 肥肥都以驚人嘅求生意志去對抗。佢嘅康復簡直係奇蹟! 💪✨

But here's the incredible part: despite her young age and the severity of the procedure, Fei Fei fought with an amazing will to live. Her recovery has been nothing short of miraculous! 💪✨

🐾 聖誕奇蹟：小幼貓戰勝逆境 🎄✨

🐾 A Christmas Miracle: Tiny Kitten Beats the Odds🎄✨

就喺聖誕前夕, 一隻2至3週大嘅幼貓喺粉嶺街頭被人發現獨自流浪。當佢出現嚴重肚瀉時,我哋知道時間緊迫。

Just before the holidays, a 2-3 week old kitten was found alone on the streets of Fanling. When severe diarrhea struck, we knew time was critical.

面對嘅挑戰: 梨型蟲測試陽性、體重急速下降、拒絕進食——呢個小鬥士當時處於極度危險之中。

The Challenge: Giardia-positive, losing weight rapidly, and refusing to eat—this little fighter was in serious danger.

結果: 多得我哋獸醫團隊同熱心義工 Connie 嘅24小時悉心照顧,呢個勇敢嘅小生命完全康復咗!💪💕

The Outcome: Thanks to round-the-clock care from our veterinary team and dedicated shelter volunteer Connie, this brave soul made a full recovery! 💪💕

BoBo - our incredible 10-year-old golden retriever who's shown us what true courage looks like! 🐾

喺診斷出鱗狀細胞癌之後, BoBo 面對咗唔係一次,而係兩次大型手術。經歷長時間麻醉、仔細監察,同埋艱辛嘅康復過程,佢從未失去佢溫柔、快樂嘅精神。✨

After being diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, BoBo faced not one, but TWO major surgeries with grace and determination. Through prolonged anesthesia, careful monitoring, and an intensive recovery journey, she never lost her gentle, joyful spirit. ✨

呢個特別嘅獎項由Dr. Karly親自頒發,佢陪伴我哋勇敢嘅BoBo走過每一步呢個非凡嘅旅程!💕

克服萬難:泡泡緊急手術的故事

Against All Odds: BoaBoa's Emergency Surgery Story

泡泡因為突然嘔吐、無胃口同肚痛而嚟到我哋診所。驗血顯示肝酵素(ALT、ALP、GGT)升高 - 呢啲係肝臟/膽囊疾病嘅警號。

從緊急超聲波檢查發現咗最壞嘅情況: 膽囊黏液囊腫導致膽囊破裂。膽汁滲漏入腹腔,造成危及生命嘅腹膜炎。

BoaBoa came to us with sudden vomiting, loss of appetite, and abdominal pain. Blood tests showed elevated liver enzymes (ALT, ALP, GGT) - red flags for liver/gallbladder disease.

Emergency ultrasound revealed the worst: a RUPTURED gallbladder from a mucocele. Bile was leaking into her abdomen causing life-threatening peritonitis.

如果唔即時做手術,佢只係得幾個鐘頭,唔係幾日。

Without immediate surgery, she had hours, not days.

💪 Despite being a senior dog with a ruptured gallbladder - the highest risk category - BoaBoa fought through surgery and intensive care. She defied the statistics and is now recovering beautifully at home with her family and you can see her at the mongkok AMC front desk on some days!

佢嘅故事係一個強而有力嘅提醒: 為老年狗(特別係曲架、雪納瑞、喜樂蒂同松鼠狗)做超聲波篩查,可以喺膽囊破裂之前發現黏液囊腫,嗰陣做手術會安全好多。

Her story is a powerful reminder: ultrasound screening in senior dogs (especially Cocker Spaniels, Schnauzers, Shelties, and Poms) can catch mucoceles BEFORE they rupture, when surgery is much safer.

當12歲嘅松鼠狗泡泡去到我哋旺角診所嘅時候,佢好虛弱而且唔肯食嘢。經過詳細檢查後,我哋嘅獸醫發現佢膽囊破裂——呢個係一個危及生命嘅情況,需要立即進行手術介入。

When 12-year-old Pomeranian Boa Boa arrived at our Mong Kok centre, she was weak and refusing food. After thorough examination, our vet discovered a ruptured gall bladder—a life-threatening condition requiring immediate surgical intervention.

治療過程 The Journey:

泡泡喺我哋半山嘅診所接受咗成功嘅膽囊切除手術。不過,佢嘅康復過程相當具挑戰性,因為佢出現咗敗血症同埋腸梗阻,需要接受深切24小時護理同埋監測。

Boa Boa underwent successful gall bladder removal surgery at our Mid-Level centre. However, her recovery journey proved challenging as she developed sepsis and ileus, requiring intensive 24-hour care and monitoring.

成功康復 The Triumph:

Thanks to dedicated veterinary care and her incredible fighting spirit, Boa Boa made a remarkable recovery. Today, she's:
