💔 They appeared only a few days ago… and already time is running out. 💔

We continue our neutering work in the colony near the bins in Temploni, where unwanted cats struggle to survive every day.

A few days ago, two beautiful white cats appeared.

At first, we thought they were simply looking for food and safety.

Then we looked closer.

Both have tumors growing on their ears.

Anyone involved in cat rescue on Corfu knows how cruelly fast these tumors can progress. White cats are especially vulnerable to the strong Mediterranean sun, and without surgery their condition can rapidly become life-threatening.

These two angels urgently need help.

We want to give them a chance to live without pain. We want to save them before it is too late. But at this moment, we do not have the funds needed for their operations.

Every donation, no matter how small, brings them one step closer to surgery and a future.

Another Angel Needed Help Today 💔🐾

Today, one of our volunteers rescued a suffering angel from Gastouri and brought him to the veterinary clinic in Moraitika.

The huge abscess was only the beginning. This poor cat was also battling severe infections, respiratory problems, and a badly infected mouth.

To make matters even more challenging, the cat was in tremendous pain and extremely aggressive. Situations like this can quickly become difficult and stressful.

This is where Alina Avdeeva truly shines.

Working alongside Alina is always a pleasure. She combines professionalism, calmness, experience, and genuine compassion in a way that makes even the most difficult rescues run smoothly. No matter how challenging the situation, she stays focused, patient, and determined to help the animal in front of her. We are incredibly grateful to have such a dedicated volunteer as part of our team.

Together, we managed to get this angel the medical help he desperately needed.

Because no matter how difficult the rescue, the treatment, or the recovery may be…

We never give up.

Every day brings new emergencies, new veterinary bills, and new animals that have nobody else to help them.

Two more tiny lives saved. ❤️🐾

Once again, two more kittens have arrived at our sanctuary.

A kind lady found two kittens, about 4 weeks old, abandoned in a box in Kalafationes.

Despite the fact that we are already overwhelmed and caring for around 160 cats and kittens, we could not turn our backs on them. Once again, we opened our doors and gave them a chance.

They are now safe, warm, and receiving the care they need.

Every new arrival means more food, more medication, more veterinary care, and more work for our small team. Yet every time we look into those frightened little eyes, we know we had no choice.

How many more unwanted kittens will be left in boxes before people understand that sterilisation is the only real solution?

He disappeared from our sanctuary in Kastellani Messis and has not returned.

Zorba is microchipped. If you see him, have any information, or think you may have spotted him anywhere on Corfu, please contact us immediately.

Every sighting, no matter how small, could help bring him safely home.

Saved from the streets of Corfu Town.

This brave little cat was rescued from the streets of Corfu Town with a large mass around the neck.

The surgery was successful, and the mass has now been removed. ❤️

She is now recovering safely in our care, receiving medication, daily monitoring, good food, and a quiet place to heal.

Every rescue like this comes with significant veterinary costs, and we can only continue because of your support.

Another Life Saved on Corfu 🚨

Yesterday, a cat from Pelekas was brought to our veterinarian with suspected poisoning.

Thankfully, the cat reached the clinic in time and immediately received treatment. We are happy to report that the cat’s condition is improving. ❤️

A special thank you to our volunteer Stathis, who acted quickly and made sure this cat received the urgent veterinary care it needed. Without people like Stathis, many animals would never get the chance they deserve.

🚨 Rescued from Corfu Town 🚨

This poor cat was rescued from the streets of Corfu Town and is now safely in our care.

After examination, the veterinarian believes the lesion is most likely neoplasia (a tumor-related condition). He is now receiving treatment and will be closely monitored while we do everything we can to help him.

Cases like this are heartbreaking. Cats living on the streets often suffer for a long time before anyone notices or helps them.

Now he is safe. He has food, shelter, medical care, and people who care about him.
