The suspense of waiting a week to see if ANY of your photos turned out.

Disposable cameras were a gamble every single time. You’d burn through a 27 exposure roll at birthday parties, sleepovers, road trips, or the school dance, then drop it off at the photo counter and wait days to find out what you actually captured. Half the photos were blurry, someone’s thumb was always in at least one shot, and somehow one picture came out perfect. Spreading those glossy prints out on the table and reliving the night was part of the whole experience.
