Congratulations to Oliver Townend for winning the Burnham International CCI4*-S on his mare Cooley Rosalent. Having led into the final phase on his stalwart Ballaghmor Class, Oliver cruised round for a handful of time penalties, finishing in 3rd place and handing the win to his other horse.
The other rider with two horses in the Top 10 was Laura Collett Eventing who had Lucy Nelson's gorgeous mare Hester in 2nd and Yvonne Ferguson's exciting mare Bling in 6th who now heads to Badminton.
Hester is combining her competition career with a breeding one having already produced a sensational c**t (by FUTURE GUILTY PLEASURE) by ICSI last year which went on to be the Top Scoring Foal in the Sport Horse Breeding (GB) Annual Foal Gradings, with Hester herself being the Top Graded mare.
A full sibling to her top graded foal from last year is due any day and we look forward to hearing the exciting news of its arrival very soon 🤞

Friendly yard near Wincanton has a space for an Assisted Livery. We do the mucking out and bring horses in and out. We put them on the walker for you if required. All bedding, hay, feed is included. We hold your horse for the vet and farrier and we organise worming, dentist, physio and saddler. The horses have lovely deep straw beds and ad lib hay. There is a 60 x 20 floodlit arena for early morning or evening use. Fabulous off road hacking out of our back gate and turnout 350 days a year. So we can do everything for your horse and help with lunging, leading out as necessary. We specialise in horses with behavioural problems.
