Ned and Clo Dog collars and leads made with vintage fabrics and ribbons, for special days out. I hand make the collars from good quality webbing and clips.

Ned and Clo ( named after my lovely black labrador I had when I was a girl, and my faithful terrier Ned I have now) Is a little business I have started from my Suffolk cottage. The embelsihments are a mix of vintage and new fabric, buttons and ribbons. I am happy to make a collar and lead to any size you require. All will be slightly different as I have limited stock on the vintage fabrics.
