✨ Salon Policy Reminder ✨
Most of you are absolutely amazing with appointments and timings, and I appreciate every single one of you so much 🫶🐾
However, late arrivals, late collections and last-minute cancellations have been happening more frequently recently, so I just wanted to repost my policies to help keep things running smoothly for all pups booked in.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full. Unfortunately that appointment space could have gone to another dog, and as a small business I don’t get paid otherwise.
• No-shows will also be charged in full.
• Late arrivals may need to be turned away and the appointment charged in full. I work 1:1 and need enough time to complete every groom safely, calmly and to a high standard, so please leave enough travel time.
• Late collections will be charged at £5 per 10 minutes after the arranged collection time. As a 1:1 groomer, I’m unable to continue with my next appointment until your dog has been collected.
• Matted dogs may incur additional charges due to the extra time, care and handling needed to complete the groom safely and as comfortably as possible for your dog and myself.
I fully understand that things happen and plans can change unexpectedly - I just ask that you please be respectful enough to let me know as soon as possible🥰
