A little bit late, but I had the most fantastic time last weekend when I attended a local workshop by the fantastic Colin Taylor (you may recognise him as one of the judges from Pooch Perfect)!

This swamp monster just wanted to remind everyone that the main road through Winscombe is closed as of tomorrow (25th) for 5 days.

I believe the diversion from the A38 is sending people along to Churchill traffic lights and through Sandford. The railway bridge in Winscombe (if you are coming from Banwell) is also affected by this closure.

If you have an appointment this week, it may be worth checking your diverted route and allowing extra time for getting to and from your appointment.

Sorry I've been quiet recently, last night I was hard at work studying 📚

I undertook a refresher First Aid course to update my knowledge and skills when it comes to canine first aid 🐕🩹

We all hope we will never have to use these skills, but it's always useful to know what to do in an emergency situation 🚑

If you own a dog, I would highly recommend undertaking a canine first aid course if you can. Many courses will cover a variety of situations that may occur in the house, or when out on a walk and these skills may just help to save yours, or someone else's dog 🙂

Just a reminder for all of my customers who have appointments booked for this week:

The main road through the village is closed for 4 days as of tomorrow so you may need to allow a little extra time for drop offs and pick ups.
