I'm absolutely loving taking Rocket out on the long lead! 💛

We've been having so much fun with gentle games of tug and a little bit of fetch, giving him the freedom to explore while staying safe.

With the warmer weather, we keep close to the water too, so he can cool off anytime. ☀️💦

Every dog is different, and that's one of the things I love most about this job. Whether it's a peaceful 'sniffari', an energetic game, or simply spending quality time together, I always try my best to tailor our walks to what each dog enjoys and needs.

And Rocket? He definitely knows how to make every session fun! 🐾💛

Happy Friday, everyone! ☀️🐾

It was such a pleasure caring for the lovely Oreo today – what a sweet, well-behaved boy! 🥰

A big thank you to Woof & Wander for collaborating with me and making this session possible. I really appreciate the opportunity, and it's always a joy to meet and care for wonderful dogs like Oreo. 💛

I'm so pleased to have the privilege of helping care for Rocket. He's such a sweet, smart boy and absolutely loves to play! 🥰

With this week's heatwave, we've been keeping our time together to the garden, as it's simply too hot to risk unnecessary walks. That hasn't stopped us from having plenty of fun, though!

I can't wait for the temperatures to cool down a little so we can start exploring together and I can get to know him even better. 💛

I hope everyone is keeping safe, staying hydrated, and making sure their furry friends are comfortable in the heat too. ☀️🐾

Yesterday started to warm up again and, because of that, was probably the last walk for these two before next week's heatwave arrives (and today will likely be the last midday walk for many of my other doggies too!).

For Phoenix and Zephyr, we kept it to a quick 20-minute stroll instead of our usual 30 minutes and spent the rest of the time having fun in the garden, where Logan the English Bulldog could join us as well.

The hot weather doesn't mean your pup has to go without a midday visit, though. During heatwaves, I can pop in for toilet breaks, garden time, enrichment, play, cuddles, and company. For dogs without access to a garden, we can find cooler alternatives, such as shaded/woodland areas or places where they can safely enjoy some water.

Just look at Logan's silly, adorable face! 🥰🐾

Wishing everyone a lovely weekend. With the warmer weather on the way, please take extra care with your precious pups. Early morning and late evening walks are often much more comfortable and safer than being out during the hottest part of the day. ☀️🐶

Bronson has lots of energy, so I like walking him to this secure enclosed park where he can safely enjoy some off-lead time and play.

As a Staffy, he absolutely loves tug-of-war and obedience games. Unlike some breeds, fetch isn't usually good for them because Staffies are short-muzzled, so it's important not to overdo high-intensity exercise.

I keep play sessions to around 15 minutes (never more than 20), always monitor his breathing, and only let him exert himself when the weather is suitable, as these breeds can overheat more easily.

Bronson is such a good boy and always gives 100% to every game! 💛🐾

Today, Hudson joined Gigi & Remy for their adventure, and they certainly made the most of it!
