Graduating from my Masters degree back in December 2018 with a passion for equine health and wellbeing, I set out on a mission to help make equine parasite control more affordable and more easily accessible...

🚗In 2019 I introduced mobile worm count services to the north west, midlands and Wales.

📮Covid saw the introduction of postal services in 2020, which have continued to increase in popularity.

⚖️ The addition of the weigh bridge spring 2021 allowed our clients to weigh their horses accurately at their own yard

🏆Summer 2021- I qualified as an equine animal medicine advisor and went on to win the 2022 SQP awards for both customer service and newly qualified categories.

🏆 Summer 2023- I gained the farm animal medicine advising qualification. Autumn 2023 saw me make the top 3 equine SQP finalists for the national SQP awards 2023.

✉️ Last year, in an aim to help make parasite management more affordable for horse owners, I released a subscription service starting from just £3.50 a month.

🐮 Branched out in to the farm animal health sector last year, with lots of exciting things to come surrounding this

🏆 In 2024 I was shortlisted as a finalist at the national SQP awards for equine sqp and outstanding customer service, winning the latter.

🏆 I am currently completing a higher diploma in animal medicine advance through harper Adams university. My final module is herd health planning, having gained 90% in the advanced SQP practice module.

Qualifications and CPD form a crucial part of being a registered animal medicine advisor.

In September I enrolled for the new AMTRA university diploma in animal medicine advice through harper Adams university. I completed my first module in January, advanced SQP practice, gaining over 90% in the exam.

I am currently coming to completion of my next and final module, herd health planning.

Alongside this degree I have been continuing to complete CPD (gaining 226 points this CPD period, over 160 more points than required for AMTRA qualification).

My other qualifications include

BSc. (Hons) Equine science

On Saturday I visited Harmony Stables to conduct worm counts, provide tapeworm test kits and weigh their horses. Also gave a talk and demo to the young ladies taking part in the pony day.
