You can’t make this up

4 flea bombs later there’s nothing on my dogs or in my house (phew) but I have gone to hoover and clean my grooming room and unfortunately there are still live fleas

Yet another day of a missed wage and people being rearranged this is absolutely awful I am so stressed and annoyed!

I will keep everyone updated and let people know asap about their appointments I am now working over the weekend to get everyone who’s been cancelled back in but I will not risk your pooches until I know this is taken care of…

So sorry everyone I am in so much discomfort with now 24 bites to my body and counting I didn’t sleep much last night because I resembled a grasshopper because my legs were so itchy can’t imagine how that poor dog feels 😭😭😭😭

So we’re all clear… this is another rant…. I promise I won’t disappoint 🥰

Flea season is upon us… ask yourself this, if you arrived at work set up for the day and began getting bitten within in inch of your life by fleas, how would you feel? You’d want to leave yes or you’d want the ugly little 6 legged termites exterminated….

Now imagine you’re totally unaware but these little creatures have stuck with you….. They’ve followed you home, your itching, scratching, flinching at every slight tickle to your body. You’re also loosing your entire days wage in the process.

Now imagine you have to somehow get multiple dogs out of your house for up to 3 hours, you’ve somehow got to fit a school run into this, you’ve also got to fit going to pets at home to spend £136 on flea bombs sprays and treatment for said multiple dogs.

Imagine your a rare human being that attracts insects to taste test you like an all you can eat buffet and have also required antibiotics from the last flea ridden dog to walk through my doors, imagine that 😦 or ended up hospitalised for 3 days following a fly bite, so insects nibbling at me really do cause some trauma.

Then when it all feels too much you have to wash all bedding, sheets, pillow cases, and blankets that said dogs touch. Then hoover like your 🍑 is on fire to be sure not of little off spring hatch and start world war flea in your home.

Yes. That was me.

Today I have had to cancel 5 dogs I’ll now have to work over the weekend for which cuts into my family time.

I probably wouldn’t feel as angry as I do right now had I received an apology for a customer not checking their extremely itchy dog for fleas but no I am told it is my job I should deal with it…..

No sir I will not.

Hello everyone,

For anyone who doesn’t already know us, our business is called It’s Wuff Time.

I've been running It's Wuff Time for over 7 years, providing safe, fun, and reliable care for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. We have plenty of experience, lots of 5-star customer reviews, and hundreds of photos and videos on our page so you can see just how much fun the dogs have while in our care.

I currently have a very limited number of spaces available:
🐶 1–2 spaces on our Quarry Pack Walks�🐶 1–2 spaces on our Enclosed Off-Lead Park Walks
🏡 We are also currently accepting new dogs for Daycare

Our enclosed park walks are fantastic for dogs that enjoy socialising with other dogs in a safe environment. They're also ideal for dogs that can't be let off lead in open areas, giving them the freedom to run, play, and burn off energy without the worry of them getting lost or running off.

We also offer home boarding, and while boarding availability for the remainder of the year is now very limited, we do currently have spaces available for daycare and are welcoming new dogs to join us.

‼️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ‼️

Due to the weather some grooms may be rearranged in particular the mid day appointments this is for the safety and health of your dog I cannot groom once my salon goes above 25• degrees! Overheating and heat stroke can happen not only at the time of the groom but up to hours later. Your pets health, safety and lives is not something I take lightly. Thankyou for understanding and of course I’ll give you as much notice as possible and also a new appointment that works for you!
