Here’s what we got up to during our heatwave where we did extra early walks, some swaps with some pool fun & then some soggy doggy’s in week 2 🐶🐾

☀️ WEATHER UPDATE FOR NEXT WEEK ☀️

With temperatures forecast to reach up to 30°C next week, the safety and wellbeing of the dogs in my care will always come first 🐾

To keep everyone safe during the hotter weather, I will be making some temporary changes to services:

• Walks will be moved to very early morning slots
• Some walks may be shortened where needed
• In extreme temperatures, walks may be cancelled and swapped for home visits, garden visits, toilet breaks, enrichment, and playtime instead

Hot pavements and high temperatures can be dangerous for dogs, so I appreciate your understanding while we adapt to the weather 💛

I will contact clients individually if any changes affect their bookings. Thank you as always for your support and cooperation ☀️🐶

Hey everyone, I’m just letting everyone know I won’t be working on Tuesday 2nd June. Can you please pop down that extra date. To my Tuesday pups I can swap walks for a different day that week or if you need cover please do let me know as soon as possible and I can see if any of the other girls have availability.

Hi everyone, please read 🐾🤍

I just wanted to let you all know that I’ll be updating my prices for Poppy’s Paw Patrols.

For all new clients, the updated prices are already in place. For my existing regular clients, the new prices will come into effect from 1st June 2026.

I also wanted to mention that I haven’t increased my prices since I first started dog walking, but with the continued rise in fuel prices, travel costs and the general cost of living, I now need to make a small adjustment so I can continue providing the best possible care, time and attention to all of your lovely pups 🐶

This decision definitely wasn’t made lightly, and I’m so incredibly grateful for all of your continued support, trust and loyalty since starting Poppy’s Paw Patrols. It honestly means the world to me that you choose me to care for your dogs every day 🤍

Thank you for supporting my small business and allowing me to spend my days with your amazing dogs — Poppy, Penny and I appreciate every single one of you 🐾
