Friday's face of hydro is Buddy, who last week finished his course of treatment for his cruciate ligament injury. Buddy managed to build up 3cm of muscle mass on his injured leg and increase muscle on his good legs during his hydrotherapy sessions. Treats were a great motivation! Good work Buddy 👏

Friday's face of hydro is gorgeous Humphrey, who celebrated his 3rd Birthday with us yesterday. Humphrey recently had cruciate ligament surgery and is having regular hydrotherapy as part of his rehabilitation. Happy Barkday Humphrey 🥳 Extra treats for all the doggos!

Who spotted our lovely local celebrity Wizz on telly on Sunday? Here she is enjoying her weekend adventures at Crufts with Fl**zy, who did so well in her show class. Amazing 👏👏

Raring to go and looking forward to a full week of appointments after a lovely holiday. It was almost a "busman's holiday" as we got to see the race horses in Barbados being exercised in the sea. An amazing experience and they clearly loved their early morning swim!

Holly and Bailey would like to wish all our followers a very Merry Christmas. They would also like to remind all the hoomans that lots of delicious Christmas food like chocolates, mince pies and Christmas pudding can be dangerous to doggos, so please keep your pets safe as they don't want any of their furends having an emergency visit to the Vettyhairyman! With much sadness we share the news that gorgeous boy Jax has gone to Rainbow Bridge. Jax didn't find his forever home until he was 6 years old but he was the luckiest boy to find the best forever home a dog could wish for. Jax reached the grand age of 12 years old and will be very sorely missed by us all and especially his family. Run free Jax 🐾🐾🌈💙

From last week's Giant breeds to one of our smallest patients this week! Friday's face of hydro is Charlie who is a mixed breed Chihuahua/Terrier. Charlie first started hydrotherapy with us in 2023 for a luxating patella. He is now on a maintenance plan to keep him fit and mobile. Charlie loves his post treatment treat!

We treat dogs of all sizes from a tiny chihuahua to giant breeds and Friday's faces of hydro are two of our largest patients - Molly, a Great Dane and Kus Kus, a Bernese Mountain Dog.

Both have reached the grand age of 9 years old and both are suffering from Osteoarthritis. Molly, however, has the added problem of being blind having lost her eyes due to Glaucoma a few years ago, which has given us some extra challenges.
