🐾🦷🐾 NEW SERVICE!! 🐾🦷🐾
We are happy to announce that we offer Emmi Pet Ultrasound Teeth Cleaning from now on which is done by simply holding the Ultrasound Toothbrush to your dog's teeth so the ultrasound waves and the special toothpaste together can do their work loosening the build up plaque/tartar which we then wipe off with the toothbrush/soft tartar ereasing tool. The toothbrush is soundless and doesnt vibrate either so the dogs prefer it to traditional teeth brushing as it doesnt irritate their gums. No sedation required and no sharp tools used in the dogs' mouth. Each session takes about 20-30 minutes (this is usually the time where the dogs start getting frustrated and cooperate less and less). I now have a step by step training method to get the dogs comfortable with it and they all learn very quickly that it doesn't hurt them, it doesn't take ages, they usually get cuddles from Gery while I'm working on their teeth and they all look forward to the praise and the treats that follow the session ☺️
Doggie oral health is often overlooked but they can easily end up with decays and loose teeth if they are not looked after properly by their Pawrents - that can mean a sedated doggie dental and a huge vet bill - best way to avoid this is to prevent build up by monthly Ultrasound Teeth Cleaning (or traditional teeth brushing at least every other day)

Moments from behind the scenes - A few minutes of my Pre-Grooming Training with different doggos from the past few months as many of you were interested how it is possible that the dogs let me clip their claws/dry them, etc without any restraints and they still love me afterwards - I can tell you that it's not happening from one minute to another as you might have guessed and some of the dogs are still not letting me do my thing but that's okay as we are making progress slowly but surely and that's what matters 🥰🐾

Miss River has had an amazing holiday with us with added Full Grooming and a few sessions of Ultrasound Teeth Cleaning - such an amazing sweet little baby always ready to play but stayed 100% focused during her pre-grooming training with me and happily let me do my thing afterwards - our deal was: 'wait for a few seconds while I clip your nails/clean your ears/brush you/hold the toothbrush to your teeth and then you can have this amazing stinky salmon treat' Well done River! Champ Flower well deserved 🥰🙌🌸🦷🐾

Our first few clients' teeth cleaning results after 2-3 sessions in our groom room and they are so much more calm during the gentle process of the ultrasound cleaning than with the original teeth brushing 🙌🥰

Our happy week in 3 minutes: Monty passing his overnight trial with flying colours!! Well done big boy, such a beautiful soul with great obedience training from his pawrents well done 👏👌🎉🥰 Noodle, our youngest pup at 17 weeks, increased her stay to 2 hours, meeting even more dogs, learning to respect them by giving them space and also getting familiar with more grooming equipment in preparation for her first puppy groom with me 💕🐾 Dior had her second full groom by me being a hero on the grooming table so she earned a Flower to add onto her collar 🌸 We are doing CAT visits this week so you'll see Tiffany posing in the video - she lives next door and often watches the dogs play from the window - I might invite her over one day 😬🐾 Then it's the popular Sunday Play with Teddy Biscuit, Luna and Cooper - we've finally had beautiful weather to spend the whole day in the garden 🙏☀️🥰 And last but not least, it was Cooper's first full grooming with me after play - he decided that he wants his pedicure done while he takes a nap 🤣 and lucky him, that was totally fine by me - his Mom loved his new look amd he also earned a little bow tie as he was a good boy for his grooming 🛀🫧✂️🐾

Helping the doggos get used to jumping on and being comfortable on the grooming table first while they're with me in doggie daycare so they don't struggle as much at their grooming sessions (easier for groomers too, less time taken, less fee to pay!) - no rush, no force, they can make their own decisions, get rewarded, be proud of themselves and come back for more 🙌🥰
It took a bit of practise but they all did so well waiting until their name was called 🙌👏🥰🐾 (Sound on)
