Our Prices changed on livefood from our Wholesalers from the 1st April.

We swallowed the cost for the last two weeks while I was talking to the wholesalers and locking in the prices for the next 12 months.

From today onwards unfortunately the cost of live food has gone up instore, I have sat down and done the maths.

For the past six years I have covered the ongoing price increase, as I don't want to raise costs on our customers, we offer a wide range of services with no additional charges, to try and improve what we offer, we will now start to gutload the livefood when it arrives to store which means longer lasting. I am currently working on a catalogue for the shop also for delivery so exciting things to come, with deals on items where I am working closely with the wholesalers and suppliers.

These increases is industry-wide, and unfortunately every shop across the UK has seen prices rocket, a little insite information there is only two wholesalers in the UK who supply livefood, for years they kept there prices trying to trump the other, I believe they have come together and excuted this at the same time, with both matching the price increase to the penny on every item.

From today

1 x Tub live food £3.50
2 x Tub live food £6.50
3 x Tub live food £9.00
4 x Tub live food £11.00
8 x Tub live food £20.00

Mix & match

So the 8 tub of live food is the same as the old price, I did this to help people with a bigger collection not to have a impact, I will take the lost on that, on the 4 x Tub deal the increase is only 25p per tub

Fruit fly same prices as before
Springtails now gone up to £6 instead of £5.50
