Yesterday we said a sad final goodbye to Charlie and Lola, our wonderful goats 💔🌈 They had lived with us since spring of 2014, when they were only 6months old. Brother and sister, always together, even at the end. 🪽 They had a lovely 12 years, full of snacks, love, mischief, cuddles, and great escapes!..... but old age was quickly catching up with Charlie especially. Goodbye you two, you will be very much missed, not just by us, but by many guests too I'm sure 🥺🐐❤️

Meet little miss Blackberry 🖤

Blackberry arrived with us in November 2023. She’s a Dartmoor pony who was brought off the moors as a foal, and she’s grown into such a confident, bright young girl. She’s come on leaps and bounds since being rehomed here at Meadow Lakes, thanks to the wonderful support of in Bodmin 💜

You can meet Blackberry during our Animal Petting Sessions - come along to say hello, give her a gentle brush, and enjoy some pony cuddles… She absolutely loves the attention! 🐴✨

Once part of large-scale egg farming, they arrived weary and worn, but today they’re happier and healthier than ever, free-ranging around the park and soaking up lots of love from the team 🐔
