The last few weeks have been very busy with holiday dogs.
Unfortunately I have also had someone cancel within the period meaning full payment was due. Their answer was "I haven't got the money" meaning less of nearly £400 . Also lots of other people unable to book in.
I will now have to change my holiday policy and take a larger deposit with full payment made 2 weeks before the booking. This is not something I ever wanted to do but at the busiest time of the year.
