Meet Cookie 🍪 🐱 – A Beautiful Soul Ready for a Second Chance

Cookie is a stunning young cat (1–2 years old) with striking eyes and a gentle spirit.
After a rough start to life, including raising four kittens while in rescue, she’s slowly learning to trust again thanks to her loving foster carers.

Cookie is looking for a calm, patient home—preferably adult-only or with older, cat-savvy children—where she can feel safe and loved. She’s not a lap cat (yet!) but enjoys quiet companionship and will flourish in the right environment. A secure outdoor space would be a bonus once she’s settled.
Neutered, vet-checked, and full of potential, Cookie is ready to find her forever home—one that truly understands the power of patience and love.

Meet Misty 🐈‍⬛ — a gentle, one-year-old young mum to three adorable boys, affectionately known as the "Shed Boys." Misty gave birth and cared for her kittens in a garden shed, quietly slipping in and out through a skylight she cleverly managed to open herself.
Although no one claimed ownership of her, we suspected she belonged to a woman in the area known to have several unneutered and unchipped cats roaming her property 😔

For five weeks, Misty protected, fed, and nurtured her little ones, doing an incredible job keeping them safe until the garden owners discovered the little family and contacted SOS Steppingstones Rescue. We were able to safely catch the kittens, and just an hour later, we trapped Misty and brought the whole family to safety 🙏🏽

Now, it's Misty's turn to be taken care of. After being such a devoted and resourceful mum, she deserves a forever home where she’ll be cherished, spoiled, and loved the way she truly deserves. Would you be the one she’s looking for? 🥹🩷

Meet Pepsi & Cola – two gorgeous brothers ready to find their perfect families!

🥤 Pepsi – A lighter-marked little gentleman who’s slightly more reserved, but once he feels safe, he loves nothing more than snuggling up on your lap for hours. Gentle, playful with feather toys, and a true purr machine.

🥤 Cola – The adventurous one! He loves to run, jump, and chase toys. Full of fun and affection, Cola will happily climb up for cuddles and wriggle his way into your heart.

Both boys are affectionate, used to children, and would make wonderful family cats. 🐱❤️

Today we’re celebrating the sleek, sweet, and sometimes misunderstood black cats who bring so much love and joy into our lives. Sadly, black cats are often overlooked in rescue and adoption, but anyone who has ever shared their heart or home with one knows just how magical they truly are. ✨

We’ve been lucky to foster some wonderful black cats over the years — past and present — each with their own personality, charm, and story. From the cuddly lap-seekers to the playful mischief-makers, they’ve all left pawprints on our hearts. 🐾💖

This gorgeous girl had her first litter at just 8 months old – still just a baby herself – but she was an amazing mum and cared for her kittens beautifully. 💕

Now that all her little ones have found loving homes, it’s Mimi’s turn to be the one who’s spoilt and adored. 🏡✨

She’s incredibly gentle, full of love, and would fit perfectly into almost any home. She’s also happy to live with other cats – more friends, more fun! 🐱🐱

🍽️🐾 Meet Jemma – Our Food-Loving Queen Still Waiting for Her Forever Home! 🐾🍽️

Beautiful Jemma has been advertised recently… but still, not a single enquiry. 😞 And we just can’t understand why.

She’s sweet, charming, and has one true passion in life: food! If there’s a snack nearby, you can guarantee Jemma’s not far behind – and she’ll probably be giving you the look (you know the one… 👀🍗).

Jemma is the type of cat who knows what she wants – and most of the time, it’s a treat or a comfy spot to lounge in. She’d love a home where she can enjoy the simple things: good meals, sunny naps, and someone to appreciate her gentle, food-motivated charm.

Despite being overlooked, she’s not lost hope — and neither have we. Jemma’s not asking for much — just a cosy home, a full bowl, and a human who sees her for the lovely cat she truly is.
