Julia&Layla Grooming Studio

Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are by message only.
Please give at least 24 hoursโ€™ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the grooming fee.

Late Pick-Up
Please arrive on time to collect your dog.
Late pick-ups may incur an additional charge, as I work one dog at a time.

Coat Condition & Matting
Prices are based on a well-maintained coat.
Severely matted coats may require extra time, an additional fee, or in some cases a shorter groom for your dogโ€™s comfort and welfare.

Dog Health & Behaviour
I work with friendly, healthy small dogs only (up to 18 kg).
Please inform me in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural concerns.

Puppies
Puppies are welcome for gentle introduction grooms.
All puppies must be fully vaccinated.

Safety & Welfare
Your dogโ€™s comfort and wellbeing always come first.
If I feel a service cannot be completed safely or comfortably, I reserve the right to stop the groom.

Photos & Social Media
Photos may be taken before and after grooming for portfolio and social media use.
Please let me know if you prefer your dog not to be photographed.
