Not long now until we start our next 'Somatics in Yoga' BWY short course. This in person course starts in January 2026 and runs over 2 weekends near Devizes, Wiltshire. We have just a couple of places left.

The use of Somatics in Yoga can be completely transformative. Yoga practitioners can find an ease in their body that they thought was long gone and Yoga teachers can transform not only their practice but also their career! Somatics goes way beyond the physical body - it can bring about changes to our breath, our mind and our sense of self. For those people who choose to progress further we have a Module 2 as well.

Wonderful News from White Horse Yoga at the New Body Barn.

Due to the fact that all of Debby and David's daytime classes are full we are offering a brand new daytime yoga class in the viniyoga tradition taught by David.

The class will start on Thursday 20th March and run from 1:30pm to 2:45pm at the New Body Barn, Lydeway, near Devizes.

This class will be suitable for beginners and those with some yoga experience, men and women.

David is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist.

Most Somatics courses are done online nowadays and whilst I fully appreciate the use of remote learning as a tool this sort of learning can only really be done effectively in person which is why we will continue with face to face courses supported by some online practice.

The next time we will run this course will be in autumn 2026 so don't miss it this time around!!

White Horse Yoga Centre Closing at the end of 2024

We will be closing the doors on the venue that is White Horse Yoga Centre at the end of December 2024 and David and I will be moving all our classes and courses to another wonderful studio just a couple of miles out of Devizes. The New Body Barn (www.newbodybarn.co.uk ) at Lydeway is almost identical to our current studio and we look forward to teaching there. As a couple of more ‘mature’ Yoga teachers we feel that our time running a studio has come to an end and we both want to concentrate our efforts towards our teaching and our own wellbeing. Mature but still going strong!

We have been deeply humbled by the positive reaction our students have had to this move. Over 95% of our students are coming with us to the new venue despite some significant changes to our timetable. Thank you all for your loyalty and commitment to the work.

We'd like to say a big thank you to those of you who have who have attended classes/workshops/courses over these 13 years and to thank all the wonderful teachers who have shared their work with us. It has been a ball……but now is the time to move on.
