Here's Stella with a quick reminder that the deadline for deliveries is getting closer!

Please ensure your orders are placed before 1pm on the 18th of December to guarentee delivery before Christmas (with the exception of SANA DOG due to customs delays).

Any orders placed after then may not be processed in time and will instead reach you after Christmas & Boxing Day.

Also, remember that our offices will be closed between the 24th of December until the 2nd of January so no orders will be processed during that time.

Christmas is nearly two weeks away?!

While exciting, please remember to keep your pets safe this festive season. There's tons of things that can be dangerous for dogs and cats around this time of year so we've put together a handy list for quick reference.

We also recommend keeping your vet's emergency number saved in your phone. If you're not sure what it is, contact your usual vet during working hours and they can assist you.

As someone who has had to call emergency vets several times in the past, it really helps to have the number already on hand during a stressful situation!

We will be closed for the festive season between the 24th of December until the 2nd of January!

You are welcome to place orders during this time but please be aware that they won't be processed until we are back in the office in the New Year.

Orders placed before December 18th will be dispatched to arrive before Christmas, but any orders after that may not be processed in time.

For our SANA DOG customers, please place your orders ASAP to account for any delays at UK customs that may impact our delivery schedule.

We will do our best to get as many orders dispatched as possible, and we thank you for your understanding!
