Our new kennels are full, so we reopened our old ones, and they filled up the same day. Most of our brooders are full too. So atm we have one kennel and one brooder with space for tomorrow's intake and we are admitting, on average, seven animals a day oops.
We'd love to buy six more kennels, three, large enough for gulls, and three standard size. The cost including transporr amd installation is £1680. if you can help that would be amazing. I really do hate to ask but without proper living space we will need to close our doors until we have more space. its just soooo busy!

Huge thanks to Evie, Freddie, and Sofia for donating £50 to help our wildlife patients. Over the summer they took part in the Community Crusader Challenge for Lifestyle in which they raised funds to help the community by holding events, donating itrms like potted plants to a care home and raisings funds for us. Brilliant work. Well done all of you.

They are so close to their dream target.

We’ve only got a couple of days left to reach £5000 on our fundraiser for The Wildlife Alliance - Hull & East Yorkshire and Ren's Wildlife Hospital ! We are so close, with £4,676!!! Please please donate if you can spare anything more.

Above is a pigeon, posted by a lady on a local group, she was worried and rightly so. Sandy, a volunteer with the wildlife network went out to have a look and under advice from Jenny this little guy was taken to the WLA for treatment - he had canker, which can be fatal if not treated.

This little pigeon only got a chance because of Jenny at the Wildlife Alliance. Without her, this ending would have been vastly different.

This is why we are raising funds, for the little beings who need a little help. (Link in bio on IG, in comments FB)

Hi everyone, Charlotte here. I have taken the last minute decision to do some fundraising for my first ever half marathon in 3 weeks, which just happens to be at the worlds largest half marathon, the Great North Run. After not being available to do any collections recently due to work and other commitments, plus Misty our fundraising dog being unwell, I felt like I needed to use this opportunity to raise some much needed funds for the hospital, as well as a cause which affects my family greatly Dementia UK. Anything I raise will be split between the two charities so please spare what you can for these two fantastic causes. This is the biggest ever physical and mental challenge I have ever faced and your support will be so incredibly motivating for me. Thank you.

Ren’s Rescue is a charming, small, local charity that has been running since 2014. Our mission is to provide shelter to animals in need when they have nowhere else to turn.

Since Ren’s began we have successfully rehomed hundreds of animals to loving families. We offer sanctuary to a multitude of species including cats, dogs, chickens, rabbits, hedgehogs, pigs and many more. We take in animals found by the public, abused ex-farm animals, referrals from local vets, and even some from other rescue centres who can no longer cope. We also take in orphaned, terminally ill, and ‘badly behaved’ animals that nobody else wants. Most of the animals we take in would have sadly been killed if we didn’t save them – so we really are their last resort. Even if we decide that an animal cannot be appropriately rehomed they will have a forever home with us.

We have 0 paid staff and are run 100% by volunteers, who work simply for the love of animals.
