As most of you know I’ve just returned from my honeymoon in Finland 🇫🇮

While we were away I was lucky enough to be asked to help out at a local husky farm helping the staff with their gait assessments and checking their dogs over.

These working dogs work incredibly hard both for tourists and in competitions and their owners want to make sure they are as fit as possible!

Such an incredible experience! It’s amazing who you can meet at the pub 😜

Busy day today running my first ever canine exercise prescription clinic for students from University of Nottingham!

The day was a success and I couldn’t have done it without all of my amazing clients and wonderful demo dogs!

Hopefully many more days like this to come!

Happy New Year!

I hope you have all been making the most of the snow! Don’t forget to keep your dogs nice and warm in the colder weather and to protect those paws! (Unless you are my dog who thinks she is part husky!)

Now that the summer finally seems to be with us, here is a great activity to do with your dog at home!

This highly enriching exercise uses both scent work and the dogs proprioception!

I found these old hula hoops whilst clearing out the garage and used some kibble scattered around!
Why not give this a go with your dog?!

It was also amazing to see so many of my fantastic clients competing and demonstrating this year! You all made me so proud!
