Happy 4 years to our amazing daycare worker Taylor! 🥹

Tomorrow marks 4 years since Taylor started working at RDC. We asked Taylor what she has loved the most about working at RDC over the past 4 years, and here is what Taylor had to say…

My favourite thing about working at RDC is meeting amazing dogs, watching them grow up and creating the most adorable bonds with them (it’s very emotional when they move on to their next adventure😢)! Dog sitting is even better, as I get to spend more one to one time with your doggies❤️

July Team Member of the Month is…

Courtney 🎉

Courtney has really stood out in our team this month because alongside still being a key daycare team member, she’s also taken on lots of our 1:1 walk dogs! She has absolutely smashed this and provided the best service to the dogs and owners. She has the most caring and calming personality, which has meant she has made great bonds with some of our more nervous dogs in such a short space of time. Courtney is also always super positive, helpful and friendly which makes her a joy for everyone to work with! We love having Courtney in the RDC team and we’re so proud of how far she’s come since joining us!

Our dog of the month goes to… Rudy! 🤩

Rudy has come such a long way! He started off as a super excitable pup who sometimes forgot to use his listening ears, but he’s grown into a 10/10 good boy. 💫

These days, Rudy is doing an amazing job learning how to manage those big emotions and tune in when it counts. He’s the friendliest guy around—there’s not a dog or human he doesn’t adore! 💛

He’s absolutely thriving on our group walks and loving every minute with his pals. Go Rudy, we are all so proud of you! 🙌🐶

RDC is 7 years old today! 🎉🐶

7 years ago today I quit my teaching career to follow my dream of running a dog walking business. In 2017 I got my own puppy and quickly spotted a gap in the market for a premium service where the priority was always putting the dogs first no matter what, being 100% reliable and offering exceptional communication to owners.

I spent a year gaining as much experience with dogs as possible and doing numerous qualifications. Then in 2018 I took the plunge and handed in my notice at my school!

Fast forward 7 years we have over 500 wonderful dogs in our club and the most exceptional and dedicated staffing team! The dog club wouldn’t exist without my team and I’m so grateful every day for their loyalty and commitment.

It’s harder work than I could have ever imagined - but I wouldn’t change it for the world!

Thank you to everyone for your support in RDC! Roll on another year of doggy madness 🐶
