I’m watching this video over and over again .
This is what I call a perfection on the trail : Detailing when necessary and not waisting energy when the track is linear.
I started recording when the dog lost the track .
You can see how Otto goes back to the place where he had the track last, detail patiently, speeding up when track recovered and being very linear and slowing down again when the trail is broken and fresh scent from scent pool disturbed the whole picture.
There is more - a beautiful proximity alert - yes I said it was perfect

This week sessions so far -the scent pictures were as great as the weather . Loads of really great trials.
