The easiest hello & the hardest goodbye 💔🖤
We lost our old boy last night, as they grow older and older you know it’s inevitable, but still you aren’t prepared for the heartbreak.
He walked beside us for 16 years and for that he’s our hero! He filled every single day with happiness & love and was simply the best boy anyone could have wished for, we are going to miss him forever.
I know he will be somewhere running free with our Riley!
Until we walk again old son.

When we first opened Riley’s we set out some clear policies & guidelines. Cancellation/no show policy being one of them....

When we first opened Riley’s we set out some clear policies & guidelines.
Cancellation/no show policy being one of them.
We understand that life happens but ask where possible, you provide us with sufficient notice to get these appointments filled.
Any appointments cancelled or no showed will be subject to a fee of 50% of the groom cost.

As you can appreciate this is a job and we are running a business.
In the height of the school summer holidays, where if you aren’t going to show up for an appointment, we could have spent that time with our children.
Fortunately since opening we’ve been very lucky, it’s only til recent where we’ve been having to enforce this policy.
We also have a big waiting list of dogs wanting to join us.
This policy will change from 50% to 100% if we continue to encounter no shows and late cancellations.
