Update 25/10/25

Thank you for all the phone calls of concern unfortunately we are saddened to say that little cat did not make the night, we are still searching for his family 😔

We have been handed a very poorly ginger cat. He was brought to us from the estate at the end of Seaward Way in Minehead.

Unless an owner comes forward very soon, we will make the most appropriate decision about his future. He has clearly not received the care he deserved or needed in recent times.

🎆 Fireworks Notice – Butlins Minehead 🎆
Hello Minehead community!

We just wanted to give our lovely neighbours a friendly heads-up that Butlins Minehead will be hosting fireworks displays on:
• This Wednesday, 22nd October
• Saturday, 25th October
• Next Wednesday, 29th October

✨ Time: 6:45 PM
🕐 Duration: Around 10–15 minutes

We know fireworks can be exciting for some and a little tricky for others, so please be mindful if you have young children, pets (especially cats and dogs), or anyone who may be sensitive to loud noises or bright lights.

We really appreciate your understanding and support; these displays are part of our family entertainment, and we always like to give our community plenty of notice.
