Did you know that we work very closely with The Blue Cross at Burford, providing veterinary care for the animals that are cared for and rehomed through the centre. Charity work is very rewarding and we help to vaccinate, neuter, microchip and treat the animals that need us. The Blue Cross at Burford help hundreds of animals every year and we are very proud to support them.

Meet our team
Vicky joined our reception team in 2021 and will greet you and your pet on arrival to the clinic. Outside of work Vicky likes to run cross country with her two springer spaniels and then relax with her 2 cats.
Vicky can also be heard ringing the bells in her local village church.
Our receptionists are a fundamental part of the veterinary team and are constantly multi tasking, answering the phone, organising the appointment diary, dispensing medication, introducing and joining you onto our healthy pet club, helping with pet insurance, keeping the clinic clean and tidy, the list is endless.
Vicky particularly enjoys meeting the different breeds of animals that visit us and loves getting to know you and your pet.

Christmas Eve - Tuesday 24th December – Open 8am to 6 pm

Christmas Day - Wednesday 25th December – Emergencies only

Boxing Day – Thursday 26th December – Emergencies only

Friday 27th December – Open as usual

Saturday 28th December - Open as usual

Monday 30th December – Open as usual

Tuesday 31st December – Open as usual

New Year's Day – Wednesday 1st January – Emergencies only

You may receive an email from Petchip.network - https://petchip.network/petchip-network advising that your pet’s microchip registration has expired and you need to pay for it to be updated – PLEASE IGNORE. THIS IS A SCAM. The email comes with a link taking you to a page showing your pet’s name, microchip number, your contact phone number and looks very convincing. PLEASE IGNORE.

There is a list of approved databases on gov.uk: Get your dog or cat microchipped - GOV.UK

Typically you would only pay a fee or first registering your pet or if you contact the company to update your details .

It is important to keep your pet’s microchip contact details up-to-date including if you move address or change phone number/ email address. Please contact your microchip provider direct to update your details.
