Job Title: Administrator
Location: Maplebrooke Compound, Proctor Way, Luton, LU2 9PE
Salary: Starting pay in line with National Minimum Wage, with increases as experience is gained
Hours: 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (9:00–15:00)
Attire: Casual clothing acceptable

Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our team. This role involves handling a variety of admin tasks to help keep the office running smoothly day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
Schedule jobs for private and contract customers using Tradify job management software
Book annual gas safety checks and manage maintenance schedules
Handle emails and communicate with customers by phone, email, and WhatsApp
Keep training records up to date and book courses for engineers
Create Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
Put together and send basic quotations to clients
Order materials and organise deliveries
Carry out general office duties (filing, scanning, organising paperwork)
Update our website
Help maintain company accreditations
Work closely with the team and keep communication friendly and professional
Requirements:
Experience in a similar admin role is preferred, but not essential
Comfortable using job management software (like Tradify) and Microsoft Office
Confident communicator with good customer service skills
Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Eye for detail and able to work independently as well as part of a team
General understanding of how an office runs
