Can people please make payment on the day of your appointment if paying by bank transfer 🙏

I simply don’t have time to be chasing payments from over a week ago, and really I just shouldn’t have to 😩
I know we all have busy lives and Lord knows I can be forgetful, but I’m currently owed over £300.
Moving forward, can everyone make payment on the day of the groom. People I have to repeatedly chase for payments will have to go back to cash payments…

Hi everyone…

Just another reminder that I go on holiday soon 🙌👀
I am currently fully booked the week before I go which means I have NO available appointments between the dates of 1st-22nd of September.
The week of the 18th of August and the week of the 25th August is also looking busy already even though we’re still a few weeks away.
I currently have some space next week and the week after so if anyone would like to make sure they’ve had a groom before 22nd September, please get in touch so I can get you in before I go 😩
I don’t want to feel like I’m pestering but I don’t want to let any one down and not be able to fit you in, especially with the warm weather we’re having! If I’m really busy and there’s the demand, I will also be working Sundays in the run up to my holiday so let me know what times/days suit you and I’ll do my best to accommodate…however please book as in advance as possible so I can get everyone in!

Hi everyone,

I currently have some space throughout next week and the last week of July if anyone is wanting an appointment sooner rather than later!
August is already looking busy and as I’ve mentioned, I go on holiday in September which is pushing lots of my regulars into the weeks before or after I go, with this in mind I know I’m going to book up quickly so if you’re going to want an appointment at some point within the next 7 weeks, please give me a much notice as possible! 😅

Temperatures looking a little more bearable this week however the warmer weather is set to continue so get them pooches booked in for their summer trims and a cool bath 🥰🙌

Question! A customer of mine has asked for recommendations for dog boarding…
Must be home boarding not kennels, and somewhere that does sole dog boarding, not multiple dogs at the same time.

Hello everyone…I hope you and all the pooches are coping in this heat 🥵
I currently have a bit of space next week and the week after so if any of the dogs are struggling, message me and I’ll get you in asap!

I’d also just like to say a quick thank you to everyone who has been flexible over the last couple of weeks with regards to moving dogs and starting early etc
It is so hot in the van 🥵 It’s unpleasant for me so the dogs must find it even more so, hence why I’m starting early to avoid the heat of the day, and where possible leaving the dogs a bit damp! I’ll continue this if the weather stays warm for the foreseeable!

Also…with the warm weather comes the added risk of grass seeds! 😩 everywhere is so dry at the moment that I’m seeing them daily in dogs fur and between toes! please please check your dogs after a walk…between toes, ears, armpits etc especially if your dog is hairy/curly/a little matted 😬 they can be really dangerous, track round the body, very painful and cause terrible infection once they become imbedded in the dogs skin!

Lastly…as some of you are aware I have a holiday booked in September and quite a chunk of time off! Obviously this will affect some of my regular clients as it pushes appointments either side of my time off. If anyone would like to make their next couple of appointments so we make sure I can definitely get you in either before I go, or once I’m back, please let me know asap!
