**POSTAGE ISSUES**

Hello everyone! Just an update regarding postage issues that we are having. Between late August and the first week of September it appears there was a system error within Royal Mail that has caused some of your parcels to be delayed, lost or returned to us automatically.

If you're effected by this please know we are working with Royal Mail to get to the bottom of this and in most cases we are making and sending out your items again regardless.

If you recieve a replacement item and then by some miracle the original items arrive, please feel free to keep them all! It's the least we could do!

We always try to get all items made within 7 days and if we can't meet this deadline we will contact you explaining why.

If you have ordered from us and its been a while and you haven't recieved your items yet please do get in touch as we have an on-going investigation with Royal Mail and we can keep track of who is still waiting for their items and compensation accordingly.

I'm very sorry about this issue but please know we are aware and doing all we can to sort it out!

What makes our Communication Lines unique?

Well, for starters the rope we choose is the finest quality rope we can find! Its lightweight, incredibly strong and weather resistant.

We use unique splicing technique which makes our splices slightly longer yet incredibly strong and well balanced!

We could offer a huge range of colours and even make them cheaper, however they would just be the same poor quality lines you find on eBay that last 5 minutes.

Our panic snap is longer than usual to distribute the weight more evenly to avoid to much weight hanging from the horses head.

The other end you'll find our 4mm thick leather popper that you can personalise! Unlike all other ropes out there, we chose to splice a loop for our popper to attach to. We did this to create a sort of "handle" to maximise your grip safely when you're at the end of the rope! Plus, they're easily replaceable!

Remember, each line is handmade to order!
