Important Update - Ticket Price Changes for 2025
To continue supporting the highest standards of animal care, expand our conservation work, and invest in guest experience, our ticket prices will increase from Friday 18th April 2025.
Why the price increase?
🪙Like many other businesses, we’ve seen many of our unavoidable costs rise dramatically over recent months.
❄️We’ve held our prices since 2023, but regrettably, to ensure we remain a financially sound and resilient organisation, we must now implement a modest increase.
🏠 We fully recognise that families are also facing a cost-of-living crisis, which is why we’ve kept the rise to a minimum – balancing affordability with our responsibility to the animals in our care and the future of the zoo.
🐾 This change helps us continue delivering exceptional care for our animals, while investing in habitats, education, and the facilities you enjoy.
🌟 Good news! 🌟
As a thank you for your continued support, we’re freezing 2024 prices until Thursday 17th April 2025 – giving you time to book ahead at last year’s rates.
You can buy day tickets, memberships, animal adoptions, and experiences for any date throughout 2025 – as long as you book during the price freeze period. 🎟️📃🐾🐧❄️
So whether you're planning a spring day out, a summer family visit, or a gift later in the year, now’s the perfect time to secure your visit at 2024 prices.
And don’t forget – from Tuesday 1st April 2025, our opening hours change to 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with last admission at 4:50 PM. ⏰
We’re proud to be the National Zoo of Wales, and we couldn’t do what we do without you.
Thank you for being part of our journey – let’s protect wildlife, together.
