How amazing are my clients?!🥹 And how cool is my toddler?! 😎

Come to work with mum day yesterday - she got join in with an Easter egg hunt at the yard whilst I cleaned sheaths 🧼🐣🐰🤣

Then we went and watched dad ride and she helped carry the tack 👏🏼

Horse riding legend is the making - that’s my girl 💕

Just thought it would be worth resharing this for all clients 😊

I've been having a couple of on the day cancellations and issues with getting paid again recently so just a polite reminder 😅

🐴 on the day (less than 24 hours notice) cancellations paid in full
🐴 cancellations within 48 hours £15 charge unless I can fill the appointment
🐴 yard visits £5 per horse deposits upon booking

Hi guys 👋🏼

I’m just sat with my diary and for weekend appointments I’m nearly booked up until beginning of April which I’m so forever grateful for 🥲🫶🏼

This being said - I need to toughen up and I’d like to remind all clients that I do implement a strict (strict 🥴🫣) cancellation policy to protect myself.
This is my only income so when people cancel, especially on the day, it has a real knock on effect.
Of course I do understand things happen that can’t be helped and I’ll always do my best to be flexible and help if/where I can 🫶🏼

Cancellations on the day (ie less than 24hours notice) are to paid in full and appointments cancelled with 48 hours notice have a £15 charge unless I can fill the appointment.

Yard visits will require a deposit upon booking - I’m constantly being asking to travel to different yards and usually a weekend is best to suit different people’s needs, hence my weekends being so booked up in advance, so to secure your appointment moving forward and to help filter out the time wasters to allow serious enquiries to book in, a £5 per horse deposit will be taken.

This is an idea I’ve toyed with for years and it’s only until recently with the busier I’m getting that it’s really started to become abit of an issue and I feel awful turning people away for people to then cancel on the day 😩

This is by no means a moany post - just a friendly realistic reminder ❤️

Couple of health ailments picked up on
Mixture of mares and geldings 🐴🦄
A few youngsters for their first ever time

And for once, I managed to actually remember to film most horses so a mini DITL vid coming soon 🫶🏼

We had the pleasure of the Equine Sheath Hygienist today! I must say we have 7 very happy geldings with nicely cleaned 🍆👀 and all 7 were good as gold!

Orbit can be seen enjoying himself in this picture 🤣

Also great to have a long awaited catch up with Chloe! It’s been a while.

100% recommend for anybody wanting their geldings and mares bits cleaning and checking for beans!

Guinness 🦄

When I first met Guinness’ mum she said he can be a little feisty so not too worry if we can’t finish him 😅🙈🤣

He was extremely reactive about showing me his discomfort, soon as I felt abit higher up it instantly became obvious why 🫘🫘🫘

I managed to gently his bean all whilst dodging flying head kicks and bucks🥋👊🏼🤣

No wonder he was so reactive bless him 😮🫶🏼

He soon relaxed into the appointment and was stood foot perfect by the end 🥰 I’m honestly so pleased with him and glad he’ll feel much more comfortable now those beans have been removed 🫘🧼🐴✅

🦄 Ace 🦄

Squeezed in for an urgent appointment as he’s not been feeling 100% right

2 beans removed 🫘 and lots of dried crusty built up sm**ma which definitely would be contributing

He was such a gentleman throughout his entire appointment and got lots of good boy treats afterwards 🥰

Be interesting to see if there’s any improvement from him 🙏🏼
