Starting our morning with the sweetest little lady — meet Gladys the Dachshund 🐾💜 She was one of four pups in our first house today getting their pamper sessions, and just look at that smile! 😄✨

Gladys was a real sweetheart and rocked her morning groom like a pro. Her and her brothers and sisters all left looking fabulous in their colourful, patterned bandanas — which their owners were absolutely over the moon with! 🌈🎀

They’ve already rebooked for six to eight weeks’ time and we can’t wait to see Gladys and her gang again soon for more cuddles, grooms and waggy tails 🐶💕

This adorable Jack Russell Terrier cross had his very first pamper with Danni today, and he absolutely smashed it. 🛁🐾

As you may have seen this week, we’ve had the lovely Phoebe out with us on work experience – she’s been an absolute superstar meeting all of our wonderful customers. 💜

Here’s a little snippet of Phoebe and Rex together, and just look at that big, happy face – Rex loved every second of his time in the van! 🐶💙

🖤🤎 Brothers Axel & Ihsan the German Shepherds paid us a visit this morning for their pampers in the van with Danni & Phoebe! 🐾✨

Ihsan is our distinguished older gentleman, calm and regal, while cheeky little Axel kept us all on our toes with his puppy antics. 🤪💛

As you all know, German Shepherds are Danni’s absolute weakness — she has a real soft spot for them… not that we have favourites, of course 😉🫶🏽

🦷✨ Exciting News from Pawfect Pooches! ✨🦷

We’re thrilled to share that we’ll soon be Emmi-Pet trained and ready to help keep your pooches’ pearly whites sparkling! 🐶🪥

Next month, we’ll be heading off on a course to gain our qualification in ultrasonic teeth cleaning, so we can offer this gentle, non-invasive service for all your four-legged friends in the next couple of months.

Our price list will be updated once we’re fully trained and qualified, so keep an eye out for more updates.

Your dog’s dental health is super important, and we can’t wait to help you keep those smiles bright and healthy! 🐕🧡

🐾✨ A Sunday well spent! Today Danni refreshed her dog first aid training — she’s already completed this before, but renews it every three years to make sure we’re always up to date. 💪🩺

Here at Pawfect Pooches, we believe that training and learning new skills is so important. We love going on these training days to grow our knowledge, so you’ll definitely see Danni and the team on more of these throughout the year. 📚🐶

A big thank you to and for hosting this brilliant event and helping dog professionals stay prepared. 💛 We hope we never have to use these skills, but it’s always better to be safe than sorry.

🐾 MEET THE TEAM – BELLE 🐾

Say hello to the amazing Belle! 👋💜 While her full-time gig is dog walking—spending her days out in the fields giving pups their freedom fix while their humans are at work—she’s also been working alongside Dani since April 2024 as our right-hand woman every other week. 👣🐶

Belle joins us on our busier days or when the big dogs are booked in, giving an extra pair of hands and heaps of love! 💦🧼 Whether she’s bathing, fussing, handing out treats, or bravely catching the slobber, Belle is an absolute natural with all the dogs. She’s got a bright future in pet care and we’re so lucky to have her on the team. 💫🐕

She’s also a die-hard Aston Villa fan and can be found cheering them on most weekends with her family in claret and blue. ⚽️💜 And when she’s not on the pitch or pampering pups, she’s with her beloved Spaniel, Tommy—her pride and joy and the reason for her soft spot for all things Springer and Cocker. 🐾❤️

We adore you, Belle! Thanks for always being the sunshine in the van ☀️🐾 We’d be lost without you!

Marvellous Marvin the Shar Pei 🛁🐾
We don’t often get Shar Peis in the van, as they can have a bit of a reputation for being temperamental — but Marvin reminded us that every dog is unique and deserves patience and understanding 💛

He was a very nervous and anxious boy to start with, but with lots of gentle reassurance, positive reinforcement, and support from his lovely dad, we made amazing progress together. I (Danni) was able to clip all his long nails and give him a relaxing bath and scrub 🧼✨

By the end of his groom, Marvin was so much more settled — and his dad was over the moon seeing how well he coped with strangers 💖 It’s moments like these that make our job so rewarding.
